The
company EUROPEAN BUSINESS CREDITS Ltd. shall enter into commitments to
carry out the organisational and other arrangements and all preliminary
negotiations aimed at coming of the company from the countries of EU (the
Customer) on the market of investment projects of Russia (countries CIS) as
a contractor (prime contractor) of appropriate investment project.
The team of company’s managers has over ten years experience finding of
credits and other financial support for investment projects in countries of
CIS.
Working in other companies we were aiming to improve organisation and
increase productivity, which was not always possible. In 2007 we have
created a specialised company in order to enter a higher level of operation
in the market of investment projects.
Our main concentration is consulting and support of investment projects in
Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Armenia and other countries CIS.
Our primary goal
is
to prepare an investment project and its documentation in a way that it
corresponds to the basic requirements of banks - creditors and could receive
export financing (credit) that would bring sufficient profit after
completion.

organisational and other arrangements and all preliminary negotiations,
which would allow the EU company to enter the market of investment projects
of Russia (countries of CIS) as a contractor (prime contractor) of
appropriate investment project.
Our company
Is taking responsibility to provide the adequate verification of the Russian
company-Investor including its financial and legal position, as well as its
ability to demonstrate appropriate guaranties for obtaining the directed
investment loan.
We
provide
support in preparation of documents required for
acquisition of licence with the right to work on Russian market, as well as
licensing assistance.
Together with
the Customer shall carry out technical-and-commercial negotiations with the
adopted Investor, agree the terms of forthcoming Contract under the
prearranged project of the Contract, and take part in the Contract signing.

supervises a choice of Russian subcontractors
for civil
and other works as well as for supplying activity under the Investor’s
investment project.
Together with
the Customer shall lay down the criteria of selection of appropriate
supplier and specialized companies complying with the investment project
profile in order to make a request for technical-and-commercial proposals
for the delivery of appropriate manufacturing equipment.
On behalf
of Customer, we shall analyze the proposals of the manufacturing equipment
supplying companies in accordance with the prearranged
criteria of
selection of appropriate supplier, prepare the recommendations to the
Customer, and carry out a bid for selection of suppliers.
EUROPEAN
BUSINESS CREDITS Ltd.
shall participate in technical-and-commercial negotiations with the adopted
supplier in order to attain the most favorable terms for the Customer,
including the granting of appropriate guarantees, and in the signing of
contracts.
As agreed upon
with Customer, the
EUROPEAN
BUSINESS CREDITS Ltd.
shall directly participate in the investment project realization
management. The terms of work execution and the manner of payment shall be
stipulated in Supplementary Agreements to the present Contract.
On behalf
of Customer, we undertake the obligations on coordination of actions of all
participants of the investment project in order to prevent conflicts, work
deadline breakdowns and contractual service failures.
The
EUROPEAN BUSINESS CREDITS Ltd.
services
are considered to be rendered after the Customer
has signed the contract with the Investor,
is
approved by Investor, Creditor and Insurance Company as a prime
contractor/supplier on the Investor’s investment project, included in
appropriate Mandate Letter of the Creditor
and has
received a prepayment of the Contract.
Our company
guarantee that all confidential information, received during the execution
of work under the Contract, will not be disclosed to a third
unrelated
party.
For success of
our cooperation it is essential that you provide reliable information about
-financial and economic state of the contractor company, also
about active debts and
outstanding
orders, as well as about the ability to fulfil obligations as a prime
contractor on the specific investment project of Russian Investor;
-documents
which demonstrate the ability of the Customer to participate duly in the
investment project execution;
The
contractor must provide the effective and prompt interaction between the
Contractor and Customer Service officers and specialists when progressing
the work under the Contract, as well as the reliability of information
received during such interaction;
